Reiki is a Japanese term that can be defined as “universal life force energy”. Crystal therapy is an ancient technique of laying crystals onto or around the body and over the chakra points to gently align the energy points. During a crystal healing session, crystals are placed on the chakras or around the body to surround the client with healing energy. Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi ear candling is a pleasant treatment which is non-invasive to the ears. It is a relaxing treatment and is often used to relieve stress, remove excess wax from the ear, and clear the sinuses.

Aromatherapy is a therapeutic massage using essential oils, and this can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.

Reflexology

This is a specialist form of treatment which incorporates a relaxing foot massage together with work on the pressure points of the feet.

Indian Head Massage

This is a relaxing massage of the upper back, arms, neck, scalp, and face. The treatment is particularly effective for muscular aches, pains, and stress relief.

No Hands Massage

This massage encompasses the concept of “Shi-Zen”, meaning ‘balance’, and focuses on the mind, body, and spirit balance of the client. This is a very deep and powerful form of massage but is still exceptionally gentle. Using the ‘soft front’ (flexor muscles) of both forearms, this results in a deeper much more relaxing massage.

Aromatherapy Natural Facial

Enjoy a very relaxing facial to help soothe and nourish the skin. Choose from a thirty minute basic facial to a one hour luxury facial which includes a scalp, face, neck, and shoulder massage, as well as gentle pressure point work on the facial marma points.

Training Opportunities

Reiki Attunements

Reiki attunements are given by a Reiki Master and there are three formal levels of initiation. The attunement process enables the recipient to permanently open and connect to the Universal Reiki Energies on mental, physical, emotional, and psychic levels. It also clears and balances many important energy channels within the body. Each attunement opens you up to higher levels of healing and understanding.
